We're looking for a good campsite that won't necessary care about noise after a certain hour, picnic tables, fire rin and has a lot of open space. Please let me know, because we've been trying to find a place!

Hmm, ghetto hey. I have no idea what that would translate to in a theme.
The only thing I can think of is cover them in paper tablecloths, do a bit of 'graffiti' on them yourself and supply markers for your guests. Your graffiti could be cartoony waves and surfboards and people with ghetto hairstyles.
