I wanna lose 2 in off my waist?

Okay I'm 5'7" and I weigh 139. My waist is currently 29". I do boot camp 2 times a week. An eat no more than 1500 calories a day. How long will it take to get my waist to 27"? How much weight will I lose to get there? And how long will it take? I know that's alot of ? But if u know the answer to at least one that would be great!! :) thank you in advance!

1.Go to a nutritionist or dietitian, No to DIY.
2.Click least half an hour of exercise a day.
3. Do 5 meals a day and never skip breakfast.
4. Chew slowly.
5. Do not use more than two tablespoons of olive oil per meal.
6. Never dispose of bread, pasta, rice and potatoes.
7. Fruits and vegetables are fine, but with balance.
8. Limit your intake of alcohol and fried.
9. Green light for the fish to the table.
10. Lose weight slowly.
11. Drink at least 2 liters of water.
12.Una seventh time in a day off with a bad mistake to give a jolt to the metabolism...:/

Joining Boot camp/ water or land?

I am trying to join a boot camp but I'm not sure if I would get better results in an aquatic boot camp or land boot camp, I just had a baby 7 weeks ago and I really want to start this boot camp monday. Please community help me out. Give me all the information you know about these bootcamps

Drink plenty of water every day
At the table vary your choices
Always make a healthy breakfast and avoid skipping meals
Consume at least 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of vegetables every day
In a balanced diet of cereals (bread, pasta, rice etc..) Should be consumed daily
Eat fish at least 2 times a week (fresh or frozen)
Remember that legumes provide protein and fiber of good quality
Limit your intake of fats, especially those of animal origin, preferring the extra virgin olive oil
Do not exceed the amount of salt
Limit your intake of sweets and drinks to heat during the day
Above Avoid diets DIY and always ask your doctor to .....; /
