Please help.
Im not good at planning parties.

Answer
Set up a table for face painting and crazy hair styling. I went to a party my granddaughters were at and they had set up a table that they would use styrofoam cups, color hair spray, glitter, bobby pins, and rubber bands to make these very strange hairstyles. The kids had a blast.
Hire a clown, juggler, or magician.

how to throw a beach themed bridal shower?

I love this website it has lots of stuff for really low prices...

You could start with invitations in a bottle...

Hand out leis at the door. You can get these at a dollar store, or if you want them to double as nice favors you could get some really nice ones, even real ones.

You could have laua style food...

and a sandcastle cake...

Each table could be themed i.e. Hawaii, Bahamas, Maui etc. The centerpieces could reflect the area and the placemats could be maps of the place.

Hope this helps, Good Luck!
