I need ideas on a beach themed backyard wedding.
Answer
Never actually planned one. But I have been to one! It was really pretty. They got shells from the local dollar or discount store and put them on the tables for decoration. They also wore sandals and shorts. All of the guest wore white shirts with khaki shorts. The Bride wore a really pretty blue dress. She was the only one that was different. They also got a net and hung it behind the officiant and put little shells all over it. They also got blue flowers for the tables.

I have some sand and small sea shells. What can I do to make them into a surprise present for my fiance'?

I have a bag of some sand and another bag with small seashells. Me and my fiance' are having a beach themed wedding so I figured it would be nice if I made something for him with it. Problem is, I don't know what to do with them. I need some good ideas. Please and thank you.

Wind Chime, or get a shadow box and put the sand and shells in that. You could also make a table stand with them. Just have one with a box-like top fill it with the sand and shells then put a glass top on it. You could write him a small note on the back of the shells and give one to him each day. Buy him a bottle for him to fill up with them.
