Mine loves to go to any beach such as Camps Bay or Melkbos.
De Vaal Park is one of his favorites, too. He loves to chase the squirrels.

I personally more enjoy the not so frequented spots like below Table Mountain...

I used to walk the dog along the Banks of the Liesbeeck river from Obs up to Rosebank or even Rondebosch and then get the train back to Obs!
