Answer
I'm not sure if my bedroom qualifies as creative, but it is restful and soothing.
My carpet is a medium shade of sand called "cashew". It's a high twist, called frieze.
My furniture is mission style...very simple. All but the headboard which is white wicker and two different end tables, one with a door and one just a two-tiered round table in the same wood.
Three of my walls are painted a light blue and one accent wall is a medium blue. That wall is directly across from my bed and has a big armoire on it which holds my t.v. inside.
My comforter is cream colored chenille, ribbed..no design, but does have fridge on the bottom.
I have 5 or 6 blue and brown and tan pillows in various shapes and patterns on my bed.
My curtains are striped in different shades of blues and tans.
I have a crystal lamp on my dresser and two medium blue metal lamps on each night table. I also have a small floral rug beside my bed and a cedar chest at the bottom of my bed for sitting and holding blankets.
Above my bed I have a favorite print, framed in white. It's an old time seaside of people walking on the beach in old fashioned clothing. On the other big wall I have 5 different art pieces that I like..some small, one big which all have shades of blue in them.
Can you see it?

what to do for my sweet 16 ?
irreplacea

I agree, i think it may be a bit too cold in November...it could also rain and ruin everything! Invite your girl friends to go to a spa and get pampered!.. Get a manicure and a massage, maybe go for a swim. (Perhaps even get a free makeover in a dept store or get your hair styled).
It would also be really fun to have a pool party! Get some good music playing, some virgin cocktails and little canape snacks. Maybe play some games and just have fun!
Renting a hotel room is always hilariously good fun in my experience! If you're parents are feeling generous rent the suite! Would be great to just invite a load of your friends and play some loud music and order room service all night, watching movies and getting drunk on the quiet...it's your bday afterall!!)
Another idea is to go out for a fancy meal in an expensive restaurant with your best friends then going to see a movie. They could stay around your house after and you could make a huge delicious breakfast :).
For my 16th birthday i had a retro tea party at my house. Served up all that bright coloured food you had at your party when you were 5-10! Party rings, fairy cakes, crisps, pop, all the works. I made up a great spread of food..mini pizzas and sandwiches included! I also bought a load of plastic bracelets, hair accessories and rings and scattered them over the table with bright wrapped sweets and glitter confetti, these were my party favours. I only invited my closest girl friends and they all loved it!
It was a really sunny day so we went outside and sunbathed listening to music..was perfect!
Just do whatever you know you will enjoy..as it is your special day! Hope my suggestions help your decision...have a great day!
(Btw was reading your post about your boyfriend. My ex bf and i's relationship sounds exactly the same as your situation. You say you've broken up a few times...that was the same as me, i thought it meant that we were really strong to keep going back to each other but that really wasnt the case. It ended horribly with him going away on holiday...not contacting me the whole time and when he got back he was getting messages from a girl on his myspace who he kept talking about. He broke up with me the day before my important exam results and started going out with her!! I was devastated and didn't know how to live without him (pathetic!) but sooo glad we split up now i think about it. I think you need to end it personally...you don't sound happy with him and i hate how he checks out other girls..that's never healthy in a relationship. I've got a perfect bf now and am seriously so glad that stupid relationship ended.
Give it some time and really think about your relationship...
but from what you said it seems that you are tired of his annoying actions. Hope it all works out for you!)
