does any one have any good pranks for summer camp?

jamejame

im going to summer camp and everyone does pranks and this year im tryin to find the best prank!!!!

Answer
Prank:

One day in summer camp, I made fun of some girls who were standing nearby. That night, I had a bad feeling something bad was going to happen but I went to sleep anyway. In the morning I was covered in makeup, nail polish, lipstick, etc... I never went to that camp again!

Revenge Camping Prank

Okay- here's one for revenge. It would be best to do this somewhere where the person you are pranking cannot get another pair of clothes-like camping for example. What you do is get a container of Bleach and put a bunch of hair in it and leave it there over night. Next morning, drain it and chop the hair real fine... and it becomes itching powder!!! Put it all over the other person's clothes!!!! hah!!!!!

Another Revenge Prank - Trash the Cabin

This is a revenge prank for when you're at summer camp! Last summer at camp my friends and I need to come up with a great revenge prank so we thought of one and put it into action!! You see in this camp, you had to keep your cabin clean or you wouldn't be allowed to join in the activities......so since the next day we were going canoeing (everyone's favorite) we decided to totally trash this brat girl and her friend's cabin!! Since the doors are never locked we snuck in a totally destroyed it (we also added honey and silly string) the next day they weren't allowed to join in any of the activities!!

Funny Camping Prank

This is for all the camping people out there. Okay if ya'll go camping with alot of friends this practical joke is totally for you!! Get some bright red lipstick and put it on somebody's lips. Then put lip marks all over someone else's face that is of the same sex and sort of smear some lipstick on their lips. Take photos if you can!

2 Camp Pranks

I was a camp counselor and had many pranks played on me along with playing a few myself. As a rookie counselor of 24 years old on my first day of camp I made the mistake of wearing white shorts, white Bobby-socks, white canvas sneakers, and an expensive summer sweater. Big mistake!!! I discovered a bucket of sticky black tar at the bottom of the steps of my cabin.

That is, I discovered the bucket of tar AFTER it became attached to my foot!!! By the end of the day, I had tar all over myself, and my outfit was ruined!!! I found out that another counselor, about 20 years my elder, played the prank on me. She was not laughing so loudly after I put DRANO in her laundry detergent.

Post-It Note Camp Prank

One week at camp this past summer, I and my friends decided to go down in CCA history at Forest Home. CCA's are volunteers that help out with the family camp kids. Anyways, we are treated like dirt by all of the staff, even the most of our counselors. So we decided to post-it note one of our counselor's car (one that we actually liked). We covered the entire car in yellow post-its, and it was very time consuming for our counselor to remove them the next morning. HAHA!

Camp Pranks by Mischievous Girls

We went to a camp that had one section for boys and the other for girls ... well one night we stayed up real late and snuck over to the guys bunk and we decorated them as they slept with lipstick, toothpaste, markers and then we put Vaseline between their toes to make them subconsciously wriggle all night.

We also rigged booby traps by putting webs over each bunk and when they hit the strings, down would come talcum powder, mud, pancake syrup, or other stuff which we put in big paper cups.

- From Elaine in Pennsylvania

Summer Camp Mess Hall Practical Joke

While at a summer camp one time some other girls played this prank at the mess hall over night. They turned all the tables upside down and removed all the chairs, and put the stacked in all of their dorms. They then hid all of the silverware as well. When we walked in to eat breakfast in the morning we had to sit and eat on the floor with our fingers! The worst part is we were having cereal.

- From Hatchu!

Girl Scout Prank

At Girl Scout camp we waded through the lake in the middle of the night to the YMCA camp, and hoisted a huge pear of Wal-Mart pants up the flag pole that said girl scouts rule!

Cabin Lockdown

My brother and his friends did this to me and my sister. This only works if you have a cabin.... me and my sis went to bed and in the middle of the night, she woke me up to go with her down to the outhouse because she was scared to go all by herself. I didn't want to go though, so when she finally mustered up the courage to go, she tried to open the door but couldn't. I tried also but it turns out that our cabin door was tied shut!

My brother and his friends tied a rope around our doorknob and around a post on the cabin porch. She really had to pee! The cabin had windows, but good luck trying to get a girl to squat out one. It was sooooooo funny.... and we still have to get back at them for revenge.

i better get best answer and a star for thisss

Answer
We are table one,
We are table one,
We are table one
We'll eat, and then we'll run.

We are table two,
We are table two,
We are table two,
And we just wanna chew.

We are table three,
We are table three,
We are table three,
And we don't want no peas.

We are table four,
We are table four,
We are table four,
And we'll be back for more.

We are table five,
We are table five,
We are table five,
Into the food we'll dive.

My mum and dad are going camping this weekend for two nights. It's my mum's first time, and I don't think my dad's been in over 20 years. Does anyone have any last minute advice I can give them, things to take, things to do, etc so that they'll think I'm a genius, and also so they don't come home early and ruin my plans.

If it makes a difference, they're going on a camp site with toilet facilities etc on site. And they're taking the dog with them.

How can someone who hates camping make the most of it?

camping tables on The UBC - Online Shop - Tables

ADB

A friend invited me on a 3 night, 4 day camping trip with her and her family. I would really like to spend time with my friend, but I've never been much of an "outdoor girl". I like a nice hotel room over sleeping on the ground. That said, I need to get away and would really like to try something new. How do you make the most of a camping trip? What's the best way to sleep comfortably and avoid getting eaten alive by mosquitoes? Any hints, tips, or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Turn it into a glamping adventure by bringing all the comforts of home. The easiest way to do that is to use a recreational vehicle they can be rented for the day, the weekend, the week or all summer. These are a hotel on wheels basically and all campgrounds accommodate them.
http://www.cruiseamerica.com/?utm_source=adcenter&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=full

If that is not your thing then tenting can still be a clamping adventure but still just as costly for the first timer. You start with getting a spacious tent and then outfitting it with the state of the art air beds, warm fluffy sleeping bags and or bedding, and comfy camp chairs and a nice side table with a coleman lamp an indoor/outdoor rug by the door and you have a wonderful and comfortable set up.

Skeeters can be kept at bay the same way that you would in your own back yard and decorate your campsite to. You can set out citronella oil lanterns and candles and then use a deet based product on your clothing.

Do you have any tips for camping with a toddler?

littlbluey

We are taking our son camping for the first time over labor day weekend. He is almost two. Any tips or tricks on activities, first aid, hints to keep him from driving us crazy in the middle of nowhere?

Answer
Find someone to take him for the weekend. Just kidding.

Best things to bring with a young child on an outdoor trip (may sound obvious): good bug spray (mosquito and tick repellent), sunscreen, hat, place to change him (maybe a mat on a table, but something you can wash to rid of bugs/dirt), off the ground playpen (to avoid crawlies and dirt getting into the kids play area), favorite toy, new toys (something to keep them captivated that they haven't seen before).

Activities really dependent on your child, but something with tactile interaction, like a petting zoo or kids museum where they experience something different from home, usually work.

Bordering a lakeshore and under the shade of pines and hardwoods, Badin Lake Campground offers a year-round retreat for swimmers, boaters, and anglers. The campground has 34 non-electric sites for tent and trailer camping. Some sites are located on the lakeshore. Each site has a table, grill, lantern post, fire ring, and tent pad. There are 4 water spigots for drinking water located in the campground. Flush toilets and showers are located in both the upper and lower loops. Fee stations are located at the entrance of both loops.

I have a wood patio swing with a metal "A" frame that has a canopy and built in side tables, unfortunately the wood has cracked after 10 years of use. I'd love to replace it with a high quality contemporary model but haven't been able to find a stylish replacement. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What are some things to find on a scavenger hunt while camping?

ayomollyyy

My friends and I are camping, and we want something to do tonight. What are some things we could find in a campground? I need a reallly big list.

Answer
First you must attend a scavenger hunter safety course and pass the test. Next you must apply for a scavenger hunter license. After that you have to pick which zone your going to scavenger hunt in and apply singly or with a group and purchase your scavenger tags. Use caution when picking which zone as some are in a no lead bullets zone and may have other weapons issues. Once all that is completed you can go scavenger hunting. Now if you have successfully taken your permitted quota of scavenger be sure to attache your scavenger tags to the scavenger in the field, next you need to arrange with the DFG inspection of any scavengers and submit the lower jaw before sending them off for processing and freezing. When self processing in the field be sure to bury any gut piles and skin your scavenger quickly to reduce meat spoilage. Trophy class scavengers will be at least 6ft 280lbs or better for males and 5ft 130lbs for females, antlers are a plus as these would be considered freaks of nature and could be posted on popular magazine web sites like outdoor life. Any way lots of different hunting techniques are out there such as Bow, Black powder Rifle, Primitive weapons. A few folks have used Turkey calls and had a lot of success. It's best to scout out preseason and find where scavengers are herding at, set out some decoys sitting around a table, at or near these hang outs and hunt them from tree blinds as scavengers never look up. Some other popular calls that work are opening beer cans, yelling "Pizza Delivery" or "free beer" any way good luck?
