Well, in drama class we play a game called park bench. You have two chars that you sit on and one person thinks of an improvisation. Everyone takes all the normal ones, roller coaster, car dinner table ect. I need some new ideas.

How to get a puppy to love grooming?

Presto!

I have a male puppy who absolutely hates grooming, and will try to run away, jump off the bench and will never stay still. The problem is he's a toy poodle, and they need daily grooming. No matter when I do it, (when he's sleepy, just eaten, before his dinner, after a walk) he won't stop wriggling!
How do I get him to love grooming time and stay still?

Answer
Groomers use a noose just for that reason. They don't want the dog to jump or fall off the table or jump out of a bath tub.

Put the bench up close to something you can tie your dog to so he can't run away or jump off the bench. He is going to fight you but you have to look at it like you got a job to do & you are not going to let any of his antics stop you from doing that job.

Take your time & do not hurt him. Use a "Slicker" brush to brush him with & use a wide toothed come to comb through so you know you got all the mats. Do not ever bathe the dog before you have removed ALL mats or the will just be harder to get out after the dog has dried. Hair, fur, coat will act like leather & shrink when it dries & only tighten the mat.
