What are some good camp pranks?

MZH

So I am going back to sleepaway camp for a few weeks, and need some good new pranks to pull. Some information:

The boys and girls cabins are separate, but still relatively close. I am a boy, BTW. When pulling pranks, we cannot go into the girls cabins at all, and the pranks have to be relatively clean. The girls and boys bathrooms are separate.

Thanks.

Answer
shoes. Hell will break out in the morning when people will start hunting for their shoes. This prank can be pulled on the entire group.
â¢Take a paper cup and fill it with all kinds of weird things that you find like dust, paper bits, etc. and attach a long string to it. Keep this paper cup on the top of bed where it is not visible and leave the string loose. An unaware person will want to pull the string to check what is it and you can have a laugh when the contents fall on him.
â¢You can even pull traditional pranks like painting a person's face when he/she is asleep with different and artistic designs. You can make use of make-up like lipstick or mascara, or even face paint for the purpose.
â¢You will find that duct tape is one of the most useful equipment in any of the ideas for camp pranks. When a person is sleeping, you can tape his hands and legs towards the sides. Using the duct tape to stick the person's hands to his face will really make a amusing sight.
â¢You can even try simple but funny camp pranks like cutting the ends of the socks and keeping them neatly in the shoes of the person. When the person wears the socks, they will reach to his knees and you will have fun seeing them caught unaware.
â¢Exchanging toothpaste with shaving cream, bathing water with ice water, etc. will also create amusing situations. Create a mess in someone's room or bed with leaves or twigs. You can even put pillow feathers, talcum powder or water on top of ceiling fan blades. When the person turns on the ceiling fan, he will be showered with the contents and the look on his face will definitely make you laugh.
â¢Typical pranks for counselors are to put tar on his doorstep, to sneak in his room and hide his shoes and socks, or paste sticky notes on his car.
On my grade 8 end year trip we went camping. The girls wanted to get the boys good. So what they did was made brownies and put x-lax in them. The boys were eating them all the way to the camp. When we arrived at the camp, we hid all the toilet paper and plastic wrapped the toilet seats! It was a weekend to remember..

Another prank we did to someone else was to put catfish bait in a glass of water soaking in the sun for a day. We then were able to spray the catfish juice on someone's radiator so when they would turn the heat or air conditioning on they would smell the sweat stench of catfish.
Revenge Camping Prank

Okay- here's one for revenge. It would be best to do this somewhere where the person you are pranking cannot get another pair of clothes-like camping for example. What you do is get a container of Bleach and put a bunch of hair in it and leave it there over night. Next morning, drain it and chop the hair real fine... and it becomes itching powder!!! Put it all over the other person's clothes!!!!

Funny Camping Prank

This is for all the camping people out there. Okay if ya'll go camping with alot of friends this practical joke is totally for you!! Get some bright red lipstick and put it on somebody's lips. Then put lip marks all over someone else's face that is of the same sex and sort of smear some lipstick on their lips. Take photos if you can!

We also rigged booby traps by putting webs over each bunk and when they hit the strings, down would come talcum powder, mud, pancake syrup, or other stuff which we put in big paper cups.

Summer Camp Mess Hall Practical Joke

While at a summer camp one time some other girls played this prank at the mess hall over night. They turned all the tables upside down and removed all the chairs, and put the stacked in all of their dorms. They then hid all of the silverware as well. When we walked in to eat breakfast in the morning we had to sit and eat on the floor with our fingers! The worst part is we were having cereal!

Cabin Lockdown
tie a rope around their doorknob and around a post on the cabin porch. They are locked inside & can't be able to move out of their cabin!
Other ideas:
-Glue the first few sheets of toilet paper so it will not unroll. :)

good part of central park to have a birthday party?

labohemian

what's a good part of central park to have a birthday party? like with benches or picnic tables etc.? also if it was rainy the day b4 a good area that's sheltered. one or the other.

Answer
A birthday in Central Park sounds like a good idea.

A great place for a picnic is on Great Hill in the north part of the park. There are picnic tables and it has a very friendly atmosphere because there is open space but if you move a little closer to the trees, you can feel pretty cosy.

If its a children's party, the Ancient playground is awesome and challenging for older children (say 8+) and has a cool picnic table area with the added bonus of chess and checker tables. There are no garbage bins though so you have to take your own out with you.

Cedar Hill is very pretty and airy. There are no picnic tables (to my knowledge - I may be wrong) but there are good boulders that would be suitable for laying out food. It is nice, but if you're going to be loud, there are often readers and sunbathers here that may be annoyed.

Cherry Hill and Wagner Cove are two of my fave places and the cove does have a small shelter. Don't count on it to provide shelter for more than 7-8 people though.

As for somewhere with a substantial shelter, your best bet for functionality and views is the rustic wood shelter on Dene Rock and is rock underfoot, so no soggy grass. Take the time to go check it out, you might love it. The valley extends from East 66th Street to East 72nd Street.

All of these places would be great, but on a warm, sunny day the picnic tables will fill up fast. In a city of millions upon millions of people, it might pay to set up camp very early in the morning (for lunch) or to hang around like a buzzard until the lunch crowd vacates (for dinner).

Have fun!
