It would be the house I lived in until I was almost 13 years old, with a few adaptations (such as insulation and wi-fi).
It's a Tudor style house, with a beautiful front door & peephole. It had a nice-sized coat closet off the front hall. The livingroom was good-sized, and it had a diningroom with built-ins in the corners. The kitchen had a breakfast nook, also with built-ins. The fridge was one of those ones with the freezer on the bottom, and it had a pedal that, when stepped on, opened the fridge door. Upstairs, there were four bedrooms... really three, but my tiny room was originally a sewing room. The master bedroom was away from the other bedrooms and included a bathroom (normal now, but not in older homes); it had two closets and a built-in storage unit. It had a nice-sized attic. Oh, and there was a 2-car garage. There was a laundry chute, and a full basement with a nice playroom. In modernizing it, I'd move the laundry room from the basement to the closet of what was my bedroom... my poor mother had to haul all of the laundry up two flights! I'd also add a hot tub outside the playroom, and modernize the "playroom" for grown-ups, maybe add an airhockey table with a ping-pong table to go on top. And a good area for tabletop gaming!
